Pepperell MA Home Seller: What you Need to Know about Hazardous Waste
Attention Pepperell MA Home Sellers! As you prepare to market and sell your home, one item often overlooked is the "chemical stuff" that you store in your basement and garage otherwise known as Household Hazardous Waste (HHW). Household Hazardous Waste (HHW) come from everyday products used in the home, yard, or garden. They can be corrosive, flammable, toxic, or reactive. Paints and solvents, oven cleaners, pool chemicals, pesticides, drain openers, and auto chemicals are just a few examples.
Be sure to view the "What to Bring and What Not to Bring" Brochure which you can view HERE. Make sure you have a form of identification that confirms your Pepperell residency.
