(Tell me I don't look old enough to have boys that age and you might get a discount!) When I'm not helping my clients with buying or selling a home, I can usually be found working around my horse farm or riding my horse Acadia. A recent passion of mine is scuba diving and once a year I travel to somewhere tropical and spend more time underwater than above. Downhill skiing, reading, and hiking are activities I enjoy as well.  I'm also in fairly high demand as a soloist and perform with my church choir, at weddings, funerals and special events.

Earlier this year I decided to sell my home, with very little notice.  Catherine made good suggestions on what was necessary to update my home for sale, and shortly after completing those projects, we had my house on the market.  The first day it was advertised she was receiving phone calls, and four weeks later it was under contract.  Shortly after listing my home, I moved 1,000 miles away, but had no concerns that Catherine was showing the house and marketing it as needed to get it in front of potential buyers.  I was unable to attend the closing, but Catherine took care of all the paperwork in my absence.

It has been 2 years since you showed us the property in Mason,NH.  On behalf of my whole family, I would like to thank you.

Two years ago, Kim, my wife, and I began looking for a piece of property in NH to build our own riding facility.  After 13 years of managing a 21 acre farm in Westford, MA, it was time we made our own mark and raise our son, Cole and the nine horses we use for a riding lesson program.  We looked for land on our own, with no success. Through a close friend who had great success with you, we were introduced to you and Integrity Residential Brokerage. You took the time to listen to us, not only to our wants, but our needs. Your experience kept us from making poor choices, and educated us in making the correct ones for the right reasons.

Well, 3 years later and Hurricane Hill Stables is a great success. Mason is a great town for horse people and you couldn't ask for better neighbors. We border over 3000 acres of town and state forest. We are in the process of building an indoor, and the lesson clients we have come from as far as the Boston area.  This not only is due to Kim, a great and patient riding instructor, but the area where the farm is located. Clients rave how the area is clean, friendly and beautiful.

Cole, our son, has had many great experiences making friends. He began kindergarten, and is now in first grade in Mason. The fact that he is learning how to respect people, the horses and the land, I believe is the environment he lives in. He loves the woods and his pony. He loves going for long walks in the woods, sometimes being carried back asleep.

As for me, I love the fact that the stress of big city life, and the continued competition to keep up with the Jones' attitude is none existent here in Mason. I have found that coming home after work to a great home, in a great area, knowing that a home starts with family, but also a great house and property is in many ways because you listened to us and cared.

My wife and I had to sell our house and buy another house within 6 months.  We deliberately chose Catherine to handle both transactions because she had worked so tirelessly for our church.  She is truly dedicated to her clients.
